Hillwoods School at Gandhi Nagar was established in the year 2000, and is affiliated to the C.B.S.E., New Delhi and prepares students for All India Senior Secondary School Examination. The school building was inaugurated by H.E. Kailashpati Mishra, the then Governor of Gujarat on 21st January 2004. Hillwoods School is a branch of Hillwoods Academy, Delhi which was established in July 1982.
Since inception, the institute has made its presence felt in the field of academic and sports. Aiming for all round development of its students, the school provides for an infrastructure, conducive to their personality. It aims at including the best of education and opportunities to excel in diverse fields. The school trains its students to become citizens of high principles with a sympathetic and compassionate outlook. In the year 2007, the school secured 100% result for class X. Our student, Ayush Goel made us proud by topping the school with 97%. Four of our students were awarded merit certificate for outstanding academic performance in Mathematics, Science, Social Science and for being among the top 0.1 percent of successful candidates in All India Secondary School Examination 2007.
The school has spacious ground for various sports like Basket Ball , Volleyball, Football, Cricket and for various Athletic events. The school has well equipped spacious laboratories for Biology, Physics and Chemistry. We have a modern computer laboratory, which facilitates learning by audio-visual aids.
The school library has vast collection of books of varied interests for the children of all age groups.
